General Terms and Conditions of Purchase
Last version: 08/04/2025These General Conditions apply to the purchase of the products (the “Product/s”) offered by VALTORIA, SARL, that operates under the trademark “Valtoria®”, (“VALTORIA”) to any user (the “Customer/s”) through the website of its ownership hosted in the domain name valtoria.com (the “Website”).

By placing an order for a Product through the Website, the Customer declares that he/she is of legal age and has the legal capacity to purchase the Products offered. In this connection, VALTORIA reserves the right to request from the Customer at any time documentation evidencing his/her age. If VALTORIA verifies that the Customer is not of the required age, or if the Customer fails to comply with VALTORIA's request, or does so incorrectly, VALTORIA may cancel the sale of the requested Product.
The General Conditions of Purchase apply only to the purchase of Products made by Customers through the Website and, consequently, will not apply in the event that Products are purchased from third parties or at the physical shops and or in high-end physical stores and boutiques worldwide.
The purchase of the Products offered through the Website implies the acceptance of these General Conditions of Purchase so, therefore, before proceeding to their acceptance, please read them carefully. If the General Conditions of Purchase are not accepted, the contracting of the Products will not be carried out and, consequently, will not imply the assumption of any type of obligation and/or liability of VALTORIA.
Likewise, VALTORIA reserves the right to modify the content and/or scope of these General Conditions of Purchase at any time, and in this case, it will be duly informed.
Orders
In order to proceed with the purchase of the Products, the Customer will have to follow each step of the procedure foreseen in the Website and add them to the shopping cart that will be generated once the Products to be purchased are selected. However, shopping carts are not binding for VALTORIA neither the Customer.
Likewise, the Customer may purchase Products after registering or signing up through the Website. In this case, the Customer must only provide the email address and password with which he/she has registered. The Customer must use his/her credentials diligently and not make them available to third parties, as well as immediately notify VALTORIA of any loss or theft of such credentials, or of any possible access by unauthorized third parties.
The Customer undertakes to use the Website only to place legally valid orders and, therefore, to provide the required information in a certain and correct manner.
If the Customer detects an error in the order, he/she must immediately contact VALTORIA, through any of the aforementioned means, to notify and solve the error as soon as possible.
Price and Payment
The price of the Products will be indicated in Euros on the Website and will include the applicable tax and/or rate in the applicable territory. Shipping costs will only be added, as specified on the Website for each destination and shipping option.
Likewise, VALTORIA reserves the right to carry out, at any time, the modifications it considers appropriate to the price of the Products. In any case, the price applicable to the purchase order made by the Customer will be the one stated at the moment of accepting the General Conditions of Purchase regarding the Product selected.
The Customer may pay for the purchased Products using a debit/credit card, and provide the information requested during the purchase procedure.
The charge will be made once it has been accepted by the financial institution through which the payment is made, otherwise the purchase cannot be carried out.
VALTORIA may offer discounts within the framework of certain promotions and these may be applied during the purchase procedure, although the discounts may not be accumulated with other promotions.
Once the purchase procedure has been completed, the Customer will receive an email confirming the purchase of the Product/s, enclosing a copy of the General Conditions of Purchase.
In the event that VALTORIA detects any mistake in the publication of a price, VALTORIA will contact the Customer who has purchased the Products in the period of time in which the offer on the same was erroneous, in order to inform them of the mistake and proceed to its regularization as soon as possible.
Proof of purchase of the Products and the corresponding invoice will be available and can be viewed in the Customer's account on the Website, or requested through the means indicated above. Likewise, Customers are also entitled to receive a physical invoice (on paper). This can be requested during the purchase process or at any time by email to customercare@valtoria.com.
Delivery of the Product/s
Once VALTORIA has verified that the purchase has been successful, will deliver the Products to the address indicated by the Customer in the purchase procedure, or to one of VALTORIA's physical stores, within a period of time that will depend on the carrier but, in no case, will exceed thirty (30) days following the order confirmation date. For security reasons, a signature will be required upon delivery.
No Products will be processed or delivered on Saturdays, Sundays, or state and/or local holidays of the courier company or the Customer. The order process and/or delivery will be completed on the first following business day.
If the Customer is absent at the time of delivery of the Products, he/she must contact the courier company contracted by VALTORIA or VALTORIA's Customer Service Department, through the means indicated above, to arrange another delivery date.
All purchase orders for Products are subject to its availability. In the event of a Product being unavailable, VALTORIA will inform the Customer and may offer a Product with similar characteristics and of equal or higher quality; alternatively, the Customer may cancel the purchase and recover the amount paid as soon as possible.
Liability
VALTORIA makes every effort to provide Customers with accurate, complete, and up-to-date information about the Products. However, the color of the Products appearing on the Website may vary depending on the characteristics of the Customer’s devices. To this end, VALTORIA reserves the right to rectify the images of the Products when necessary.
VALTORIA shall not be liable for any mistakes that may occur in the delivery or supply of the Products if the Customer has not correctly completed the purchase form available on the Website. Notwithstanding the foregoing, VALTORIA will take the measures indicated in the previous section to ensure delivery or supply can be made as quickly as possible.
If there is any incident in the delivery or supply of the Products, VALTORIA will inform the Customer as soon as it becomes aware of it.
The risk of the Products will pass to the Customer from the moment they are made available to the Customer and, in the event of their return, they will remain with the Customer until they are delivered to VALTORIA.
VALTORIA shall not be liable for failure to comply with any of the obligations arising from the General Conditions of Purchase due to force majeure that entails an interruption of commercial activity, especially in the area of transportation or communications.
Likewise, VALTORIA shall not be held liable for damages of any kind, whether material, non-material, or physical, that may result from improper operation or use of the Products sold by the Customer.
Guarantees
The guarantee of the Products sold through the Website will comply with current regulations and, therefore, VALTORIA will generally respond to any lack of conformity reported by the Customer within three (3) years as from delivery of the Products. To claim guarantee rights, it is essential to provide the purchase order of the Products.
Products are deemed to be compliant provided they meet the objective and subjective requirements of current regulations, provided, where applicable, they have been properly installed or integrated.
If the Product sold by VALTORIA is non-compliant, the Customer must inform VALTORIA as soon as possible by sending an email to customercare@valtoria.com and must follow the Customer Service Department’s instructions at all times to exercise the guarantee right.
In the event of a return of the Product due to non-compliance, the return shipping costs will be assumed by VALTORIA.
Withdrawal
The Customer has a period of fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of delivery of the products to exercise their right of withdrawal. However, the right of withdrawal does not apply in the cases provided for by Law, for example, among others, in the event of personalized products or products made according to the Customer’s specifications.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer may send VALTORIA the Withdrawal Form, following the template provided at the end of the General Conditions of Purchase, by email to customercare@valtoria.com, as well as the Product(s) to be returned to VALTORIA, along with all packaging and, where applicable, instructions or other accompanying documents. VALTORIA offers the option of returning any Product through a courier who will collect the Product from the Customer’s home or from VALTORIA’s physical stores. Unless the Product is returned to a VALTORIA store, the Customer must assume the direct cost of the return.
The return of Products that have been handled in the manner necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, or functionality will be accepted. However, the Customer will be responsible for any decrease in the value of the Product caused by handling other than that indicated above. Thus, the Product may be tested, but must be kept with sufficient diligence, perfectly fit for its intended use and free of signs of wear or dirt, complete in all its parts, and accompanied by all accessories and brochures.
Once the right of withdrawal has been correctly exercised and, in any case, within a maximum period of fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of receipt of the Product and the withdrawal request, VALTORIA will refund the Customer the full amount of the Product purchase, including, where applicable, shipping costs and according to the payment method chosen by the Customer. VALTORIA will not be obligated to refund additional shipping costs for delivery methods other than the least expensive delivery method offered by VALTORIA.
Personal data protection
VALTORIA will process the data obtained during the purchase procedure to manage the sale and delivery of the purchased Products, send informative communications about VALTORIA, its products, offers, and news that may be of interest, as well as carry out statistics.
The legal basis for data processing is the execution of the contractual relationship arising from the purchase of the Products. In the forms, the Customer must complete the fields marked as “mandatory” because otherwise could imply the impossibility of carrying out the indicated processing. It is necessary to provide current and accurate personal data so that the information contained in VALTORIA is up-to-date and without mistakes.
Personal data will be stored for the legal period provided by current regulations (particularly in civil, tax, and accounting matters).
Personal data may be disclosed to financial institutions to carry out the purchasing process, to auditing firms for the review of financial and accounting statements,, and, where applicable, to courier and transport companies for the delivery of the Products, and to Public Administrations in the cases provided for by Law. Likewise, personal data may be stored in entities outside the European Union, under conditions of security and confidentiality, in accordance with the corresponding legal guarantees. Information about these guarantees can be obtained by emailing customercare@valtoria.com.
The rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability, objection, and, where applicable, the right not to be subject to automated individual decisions may be exercised by sending an email to customercare@valtoria.com. When a satisfactory answer is not received or it is required further information about any of these rights, it shall be possible to contact the competent Supervisory Authority.
Questions and Complaints
For any information regarding orders or the characteristics of the Products and other services offered by VALTORIA, as well as to file complaints and claims, the Customer may contact VALTORIA by sending an email to customercare@valtoria.com.
VALTORIA undertakes to address these complaints as quickly as possible and, in any case, within one month of their submission.
Languages
The General Conditions of Purchase are drafted in Spanish and English. In the event of a conflict between.
Invalidity
If any of the clauses of the General Conditions of Purchase are declared, in whole or in part, null and void or ineffective, this nullity or ineffectiveness will affect only this provision or the part thereof that is null and void or ineffective, and the remaining provisions will remain in force, with this provision or the part thereof that is affected being deemed not to have been included. For these purposes, the General Conditions of Purchase will cease to be valid exclusively with respect to the null and void or ineffective provision, and no other part or provision of the same will be annulled, invalidated, prejudiced, or affected by this nullity or ineffectiveness.
Claims and Jurisdiction
In accordance with current regulations, the Customer is informed that he/she may submit his/her claims to the dispute resolution platform available at the following link: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
Likewise, in the event of any conflict or discrepancy arising in the interpretation and/or application of the General Conditions of Purchase, the competent courts will be those provided for by the applicable regulations regarding competent jurisdiction in matters of consumers and users.
