To clean sunglasses, wash them with water and neutral detergent, and dry them with a microfibre cloth or a handkerchief.

Procedure

• Wash the lenses and frame with water at room temperature, where a small amount of neutral detergent has been dissolved.

• Rinse with running water.

• Remove excess water with a handkerchief.

• Finish by drying with a handkerchief.

• Avoid exposure to high temperatures, such as in saunas or cars, as lens coatings are sensitive to sudden temperature changes.
  
• Be careful not to distort the frame and avoid applying excessive force.
  
  
• To remove grease or makeup stains from the nose pads, wash them with water and neutral detergent, then wipe them with a microfibre cloth dampened with warm water or a specific lens cleaner.
  
  
• Avoid storing the glasses while wet or leaving them in a car under the sun, and keep them indoors in a low-humidity environment.
  

The Products will be delivered to the Customer through a shipping company hired by VALTORIA. Delivery will be deemed complete from the moment the Products are made available to the Customer.

Once VALTORIA has verified that the purchase has been successful, will deliver the Products to the address indicated by the Customer in the purchase procedure, or to one of VALTORIA’s physical stores, within a period of time that will depend on the carrier but, in no case, will exceed thirty (30) days following the order confirmation date. For security reasons, a signature will be required upon delivery.

The Customer has a period of fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of delivery of the products to exercise their right of withdrawal. However, the right of withdrawal does not apply in the cases provided for by Law, for example, among others, in the event of personalized products or products made according to the Customer’s specifications.
